Web Accessibility Help

There are actions you can take to adjust your web browser to make your web experience more accessible. If you have trouble seeing web pages, the US Social Security Administration offers these tips(link is external) for optimizing your computer and browser to improve your online experience.

If you find a keyboard or mouse difficult to use, speech recognition software such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking(link is external) may help you navigate web pages and online services. This software allows the user to move focus around a web page or application screen through voice controls.

How We Test Our Site

There are many different testing sources available for helping us make sure we are compatible to speach readers. Currently we test our site using NVDA Speach Reader. We also use WebAim's WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool to assure we have no Errors. Finally we use the Lighthouse extension to be sure we have a score of 100% on each page. We run these tests periodically and after each edit of the website.
