October 10th, one year after Hurricane Michael came on land as a category 5 and changed the views and lives of so many. They will be having many celebrations over the next week to remind the communities how far everyone has come. Be sure to check your local communities for events not listed on the blog.

Join neighbors and friends for an evening of celebrating the resiliency of the citizens of Jackson County.October 10th ALL first responders will receive a free 6inch sandwich with chips and a drink at participating Subway’s. On the anniversary of Hurricane Michael this is Subway’s way of saying thank you. Wewa will be participating and you may need to call or ask at the other Subway’s in your area.
