The Tallahassee Museum is once again hosting an adults-only Halloween party as a fundraiser for the museum. The FUN-raiser features live music from the Tobacco Road Band, gourmet eats by local chefs, and an open bar! The theme of this year’s Zoobilee FUN-raiser is Witches and Warlocks. Costumes are encouraged! Come out to the Tallahassee Museum on October 25th from 7-10pm. You can purchase your ticket in advance HERE for only $50 OR buy at the door for $55; proceeds support the Museum’s education, preservation, and conservation services to the community. Paint and Sip at Chautauqua Vineyards
Chautauqua Vineyards and Winery will be hosting a Paint and Sip class every Saturday in September! The upcoming class will take place on September 14th at 11am. There will be two artwork options to choose from designed by Rachel Kurtz: a pumpkin door hanger or flamingo door hanger. The tickets cost $55 each and includes your art supplies AND a glass of wine.

Each class will begin at 11am and costs only $55/person. The cost includes all required art supplies, a glass of wine, access to food trucks on the lawn, and the instruction of a different artist each weekend.

Tallahassee Beer Festival
Tallahassee’s 6th annual Beer Festival is this Saturday, August 10th! Featuring craft brews created by over 100 home brewers while breweries pour over 300 different fermentations to sample. Not a traditional beer fan? No worries! Other drinks such as ciders, meads, sparkling sodas, and wine will be available. Plus, all guests will receive a souvenir tasting glass! Dogs & Drinks
Dogs & Drinks is a relatively new membership-based dog park and bar. Located in downtown Panama City, it’s a community opportunity for dogs and their human companions. In order to visit, you must purchase a day, month, or annual membership. The membership includes all the dog amenities and access to the human bar – pet friends for the dog, refreshing beer, wine, or cocktails for the human! Field Day Music Festival
The Field Day Music Festival is coming soon! This annual event is a chill music festival held at the Alfred B. Maclay Gardens State Park. Come to Tallahassee on February 25th for a relaxing afternoon of great music, food trucks, field games, and more. Live music will be presented by The Lil Smokies, Sugarcane Jane, and Revival. There will also be a Beer Tent featuring pours from Lake Tribe Brewing. Harborwalk Village New Year’s Eve
Come out to the picturesque Harborwalk Village to enjoy a lovely New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31st. There will be champagne, confetti, and two fireworks displays. Friends and family are invited to dance the night away on the waterfront with live entertainment by Strange Boy and The New Royals. Florida Bat Festival
Lubee Bat Conservancy is hosting the 2023 Florida Bat Festival. Come out on October 21st to enjoy the 19th annual event; it will run from 10am to 5pm. There will be a plethora of bats including the largest bat species – a Malayan Flying Fox which has up to six-foot wingspan. There will also be baby bats, bat-themed merch, educational seminars, live music, food trucks, vendors, a kids zone, and a beer garden. The beer garden is exclusive for participants ages 21 and up; the Beer Garden includes a souvenir glass and unlimited pours from local craft brewers like Swamp Head Brewery, Azalea City Brewing Company, and First Magnitude Brewing Company. 2023 Oktoberfest at Downtown Panama City
Come out to Destination Panama City on September 30th for a day of traditional German merriment! Held at Historic Downtown Panama City, this year is the 35th Annual Oktoberfest. From 3-10 PM on the last Saturday of the month, immerse yourself in the festivities. Oktoberfest has been a cherished festivity for countless generations. The annual Jax Taco and Tequila Fest is coming soon! From September 2-3, visit the Metropolitan Park from 3-11pm. The annual event is most famous for its Grand Sampling Experience which includes over 40 craft tequila distillers pouring samples twice each day. Is Tequila not to your taste?
